At Wolt we are looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in Kfar Saba, manage the picking and warehouse team, and ensure daily targets are met. The role requires previous shift management experience, ability to lead people under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include real-time inventory management, receiving goods, maintaining order and safety, and reporting to store management. We are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented and motivated, ready for physical work in shifts including weekends.
