Description

In this role, you will join Wolt's Trust and Safety team and handle escalations and investigations of unusual incidents from our couriers. The position requires customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and talent for managing people in a dynamic environment that changes day to day. You should be a naturally empathetic person with leadership abilities and personal integrity, capable of confidently handling challenging situations and thinking analytically both about details and the big picture. Daily collaboration with the Support team and third parties is required, fluency in Hebrew and English, and the ability to learn quickly with initiative to improve processes.
