Description

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3-4 strategic supermarket partners at a high organizational level, serving as primary account owners for each account in Wolt's Merchant Account Management team. You will be responsible for performance analysis, leading operational improvement initiatives, managing relationships with senior management, and overseeing commercial campaigns. This position requires 4+ years of experience in organizational account management or retail operations, strong analytical capabilities with BI tools and advanced Excel, ability to lead operational changes and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is required, fluency in Hebrew and English, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
