You are sought to manage two teams in the protocols domain (S3, NFS, SMB) at WEKA, which develops a fast and flexible data platform for large organizations worldwide. Your role as a senior manager will include managing experienced engineers, developing leadership and teams, matrix management with other units, and handling technical and process aspects of development. Required: 5+ years of experience managing development teams and 5+ years of programming in languages such as C/C++, Python, Go or Rust, along with deep knowledge of distributed systems, Linux and large-scale storage system design.
