Description

In this role, you will lead a team of Front-End engineers in Via's R&D center in Tel Aviv, and be responsible for developing the user interface of our Operation Center—the real-time connected system that manages our public mobility services worldwide. The position combines people management with technical responsibility, including mentoring engineers, managing development processes, making architectural decisions, and code reviews. We're looking for a manager with vision and high accountability, with at least two years of team management experience and five years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in React, deep knowledge of systems design, and a driven approach to technical excellence.
