As VP People at Unframe, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle across the globe and serve as a strategic partner to managers and organizational leadership. You will focus on building strong HR processes, performance management, leadership development, and strengthening organizational culture as the company undergoes dynamic growth. Required: 10+ years of experience in HR or HRBP roles at rapidly growing tech companies, along with the ability to drive processes from the ground up and deep knowledge of Israeli labor law. You will need the ability to work across strategic and operational domains, coach managers on complex interpersonal issues, and demonstrate excellence in communication and stakeholder management.
