You will be responsible for engineering AI products at scale globally, managing an engineering team with deep experience in LLMs and smart conversational systems. Required: 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in senior management roles, with clear leadership abilities, rapid execution in ambiguous environments, and the ability to manage cross-functional interfaces with product and execution.
