Torq is looking for a Senior HRBP to join a strong HR team at a critical stage of organizational growth. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle within your organizations, build trusted relationships with managers and the entire team, and enhance their management capabilities. Required: at least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a fast-growing technology company, proven ability in building and planning HR processes, experience in executive coaching, and proficiency with data and tools such as HiBob. You must have strong business thinking, the ability to lead independent initiatives from concept to execution, and the capability to identify organizational patterns and propose simple, scalable solutions.
