We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead a team of engineers in a rapidly growing company with an innovative AI SOC platform. The role combines people management, technical leadership, and strong product thinking, from understanding customer needs through planning to delivering high-quality features to production. Required: at least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams, strong background in Backend or Full Stack, and good understanding of systems design. Essential: hands-on mindset who dives into code and provides technical representation when needed, with the ability to mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.
