Manager of Control & Simulation team at Regulus, a high-tech company in the drone defense sector. You will be responsible for designing the guidance and control laws of an autonomous interception system (DART) and building and managing an advanced simulation environment for validation and real-world flight testing. The role combines hands-on code and tuning with managing a small team and setting technical direction. Required: degree in engineering fields (aeronautics, electrical, mechanical, or applied mathematics) with 5+ years designing and flight-testing real guidance/navigation/control systems, 2+ years managing engineers, deep knowledge of control theory, experience in physics simulation and multirotor systems, and the ability to make security decisions with robustness and integrity.
