You will join Taboola's Talent Acquisition team as a Business Partner leading end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions in the company, while building strategic partnerships with hiring managers. In this role you will be responsible for full management of recruitment from initial screening through offer acceptance, including creative candidate sourcing and assessment of technical and cultural fit. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences and 3+ years of recruitment experience within a global organization, particularly in technical roles, is required. Significant advantage for those with experience in fast-growth technology environments and familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools.
