You are invited to lead the Bidding Strategies algorithms team at Taboola, holding a central role in designing real-time bidding strategies for thousands of advertisers at massive scale. The position includes optimizing existing strategies, designing new ones from a mathematical perspective, implementing control theory methods, and analyzing complex dynamics of closed-loop systems, alongside close partnership with the engineering team to deploy algorithms to production. Required: advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in applied mathematics, optimization, or control theory, with 6+ years of experience solving algorithmic problems and 2+ years in management or technical leadership, plus experience with algorithm engineering in a production environment and ability to demonstrate measurable business impact.
