Candidates must have a strong technical foundation in technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React, combined with a deep understanding of product management and at least three years of experience managing teams in management positions. Essential to have nine years of experience in R&D or product management, with at least two years of experience working with artificial intelligence tools and LLM orchestration, and the ability to lead a distributed team between Tel Aviv and Dubai in a multicultural environment.
