Description
Production Engineering Manager at Quantum Machines will lead operational relationships with contract manufacturers, manage the transfer of new products to volume production, and oversee legacy product lines and RMA service levels. The position requires a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 3-5+ years of experience in production engineering/NPI in a leading hardware environment. Proven experience in managing contract manufacturers, precision electronics, and ERP/PLM systems is required, along with strong communication skills and systems thinking for solving complex manufacturing issues.
