Description
Tech Lead for the Backend layer of Quantum Machines, the world's leading company in control systems for quantum computing. You will be responsible for architecture and team engineering, building systems with demanding requirements: tens of thousands of requests per second, tight timing constraints, and coordination across C++, Python, Go, and Java/Kotlin systems. Required: 8+ years of backend development experience in Java/Kotlin with technical team leadership experience, deep expertise in complex concurrency issues, and strong mentoring skills. An active role requiring significant code writing, with the ability to design and validate large-scale architectures and guide a team through solving difficult problems.
