Senior BI Analyst
Description
You will be responsible for Port's BI platform, which will serve the entire organization to answer business questions and create reliable reports. In this role, you will define and control the company's KPI metrics, build an authorized metrics catalog, and be the bridge between the GTM, Finance, Product, and CS teams and data capabilities. You will manage the Business Analysts community in the company, guide them on standards and authorized metrics, and coordinate with Data Engineering to maintain alignment between business definitions and the semantic layer. Required: 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics in SaaS, SQL proficiency, and hands-on experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools, along with strong analytical thinking and ability to lead without direct authority.
