Senior Product Manager for Personetics' Engage product, an AI-based platform transforming banking. In this role, you will lead product strategy, planning, prioritization, and end-to-end execution, while managing complex relationships with Engineering, Design, Sales, and customer support. Required: at least 5 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software product management, preferably in fintech or banking environments, combined with proven experience owning a domain or leading a major initiative. Essential skills: working with AI/ML-based products, data analysis, strong product judgment under uncertainty, high execution discipline, and fluent communication in Hebrew and English.
