Business Applications Manager
Description
Business Applications Manager at Personetics will be responsible for managing the company's SaaS portfolio and business applications end-to-end, as well as leading AI implementation within internal systems. The role combines systems management, business application ownership, and AI governance, and will sit at the intersection of IT and business. Required: 5+ years of experience in SaaS and business applications management, hands-on experience managing work platforms such as Jira or Monday.com, deep proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, and proven experience translating business needs into system solutions. Additionally required: experience implementing AI tools and designing access and permissions models with an understanding of a regulated environment.
