Papaya Global is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for its AI team to build and scale core AI systems powering our products in the global workforce management domain. The role includes building ML/AI solutions with LLMs, agents and RAG, rapid validation of concepts, building production-grade systems with strong and robust evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration with product and compliance teams. Required: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production responsibility, strong Python, experience building LLM systems in production, solid ML fundamentals, and experience with modern tools such as PyTorch and LangChain.
