The role includes managing the monthly payroll process for 300 to 500 employees in accordance with Israeli labor and tax laws, preparing reports and summaries, and supporting the accounting team. Required: 4+ years of experience managing payroll at a similar scale, deep proficiency with Israeli payroll regulations and systems (Hilan/Hashavim), fluency in Hebrew and English, and high accuracy and organizational skills when handling sensitive information.
