Description
OX Security is developing an innovative platform for securing software supply chains in the AI era, accurately identifying critical and exploitable risks. We are looking for a senior engineering manager/director to lead a core engineering team and build a new product from the ground up, within a dynamic startup environment. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a management position, deep technical capability, experience building and growing teams, and the qualities of a hands-on manager who takes ownership of tasks from the creative stage. Experience in cybersecurity and cloud-native environments will be highly valuable.
