OX Security is seeking a team leader for the AI Security pillar who will lead a strong backend team in developing advanced security products like VIBESEC. The role includes team management and mentoring, collaboration with Product and Design, and responsibility for the quality of delivery of security solutions in endpoint and cloud environments. Required: at least 2 years managing development teams, 5+ years in backend development with high-level programming languages, and strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and guide complex technical decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in microservices architecture, cybersecurity or Endpoint Agent development, and proven experience working in dynamic startups.
