ONE ZERO is Israel's first digital bank, and we are looking for a Collections Representative to join our Retail Banking department. In this role, you will manage complex collection portfolios in collaboration with law offices, perform daily data handling and reporting, and lead initiatives with customers to resolve debts. We are looking for an implementer with high analytical abilities, attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in collections or banking is a significant advantage, and availability for a shift on Friday every six months is required.
