We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our R&D team working on the future of digital banking. The role includes analyzing business processes and customer journeys, translating requirements into actionable solutions, building and maintaining the semantic layer in the Data Warehouse, and driving cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams. Required: 4+ years of experience as a Data/Business/Product Analyst, strong SQL skills for working with complex views and aggregations, and analytical thinking to convert complexity into clarity.
