Description

The Team Manager will lead Payoneer's Chargebacks & Payment Disputes management team across three centers operating in different time zones, with responsibility for team performance, recovery rates, and service levels. The role includes process improvement, automation, and relationship management with banks and payment providers in close collaboration with Risk, Compliance, and Business teams. Candidates will need 5+ years of experience managing operational teams, preferably with experience in chargebacks, payment waivers, or payments, along with strong people management skills and demonstrated analytical capabilities. Experience managing geographically distributed teams and high accuracy in work within financial risk operations is required.
