Backend Team Lead at Manti Robotics (part of Mobileye). Responsible for developing software infrastructure for robot operations, managing device fleet, and analyzing system performance. Your role will include making key architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, and observability, while collaborating closely with AI and simulation teams. Required: 5+ years of production backend development experience, 2+ years of team management, deep proficiency in Python and TypeScript, hands-on experience designing distributed systems, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), Kafka/RabbitMQ, and ELK/Prometheus.
