Senior BI Data Engineer
Description
We are looking for a Senior BI Data Engineer to join the BI team and take full ownership of building high-impact analytics foundations. This role is at the heart of how Lusha measures success, makes decisions, and grows — transforming raw data into reliable, business-critical insights that serve the product, GTM, and finance teams. Required: 5+ years of experience in BI and Data Engineering roles with proven ownership of data analytics platforms, deep proficiency with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake and dbt, advanced SQL and Python skills, and the ability to leverage GenAI tools as part of your daily workflow. Particularly important is the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and set high standards across the organization.
