We are looking for a manager for the BI & Data Engineering team who will be responsible for building analytics foundations from the ground up to completion, while managing a team of 4-6 BI engineers. Your role will bridge people management with deep technical work (approximately 30% of your time), while standing at the core of how Lusha measures success and makes decisions. Essential requirements: 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or BI including 3+ years in team management, deep proficiency in Databricks/Snowflake, advanced SQL and Python, and daily use of GenAI to improve development processes and metrics governance. We are looking for builders who know how to translate vague business questions into reliable insights and measurable impact using AI technologies.
