We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with significant experience to lead our technology recruitment efforts across R&D, Product, Security, and cross-functional roles. Your role will be to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, designing tailored candidate search strategies, managing thorough processes, and enhancing candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages. Required: 6-8 years of experience in technology recruitment in startup or scale-up environments with mastery of modern sourcing methods, including AI tools and Boolean logic, and building strong relationships with team leaders. Required: fluency in Hebrew and a very high level of English for daily work with global and local teams.
