Description

NPI and Product Operations Engineer at Kela will be responsible for the product lifecycle from design through manufacturing at scale, including production line setup, configuration management, BOM verification, and supplier management in the engineering-to-manufacturing process. We are seeking an engineer with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing complex electromechanical systems, with proven experience setting up production lines from 0 to steady-state rate, and demonstrated ability in design-for-manufacturing (DFM/DFA) modifications. Experience required with first-article inspections, ECO/MCO management, and supplier handling for build-to-print in Israel.
