Description

A Forward Deployed Engineer at Kela Technologies will serve as a bridge between our major clients and our platform, responsible for technical relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle. The role includes direct work with customer engineers, planning and executing complex integrations in real-world environments, troubleshooting existing systems, and often building small features and helper code to accelerate deployments. Required: 5+ years in a hands-on engineering role with strong coding ability, solid debugging skills, and experience working with clients in sensitive environments; additionally—maturity working with teams, high initiative, and willingness to travel and work on-site when needed.
