Description
Director of FP&A at Kella, a platform for security systems integration, will lead the financial planning and analysis function at the company and report directly to the Vice President of Finance. In this role, you will manage the company's FP&A strategy end-to-end, including budgeting and forecasting, business models, board reports, and partnership with management on strategic decisions. Required: 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with leadership experience in large companies, proficiency in working with advanced financial models in Excel, and preference for experience in the defense or manufacturing sectors.
