Hypernative is looking for a Technical Trainer/Traineess who will build its training program from scratch. In this role, you will design learning programs, create materials in various formats (guides, presentations, simulations, and documentation), and train the company's clients and partners directly. In this work, you will need to adapt content for diverse audiences—security engineers and technical researchers on one hand, and managers with general knowledge on the other. Required: 5+ years of experience in technical training and curriculum planning, ability to convey complex information clearly and simply, and proven experience in building training programs from the ground up.
