We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to lead development at Guardio, a leading cybersecurity company. The role includes managing frontend architecture across multiple platforms (web, mobile, extension), setting quality standards, and handling the most complex technical tasks yourself. Required: 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript in a consumer scale environment, previous experience leading a frontend team technically, and deep knowledge of using AI tools daily for development. The ideal candidate will support team members through code review and mentoring, handle critical performance issues, and understand how AI is changing the way work is done in practice.
