Description
Senior Product Manager for AI agents at a large-stage company. You will be responsible for ExpertX, GrowthSpace's AI platform that deploys agents in organizations to train and support employees, with success measured by customer engagement and significant business KPIs. The role requires 6+ years of product management experience with experience marketing AI products, direct work with enterprise customers, and deep understanding of AI challenges such as human-in-the-loop workflows and handling non-deterministic behavior. Expected: 3+ years in startups, strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and high autonomy in working on strategy and execution while collaborating closely with Engineering and Sales.
