groundcover is developing an innovative cloud observability platform that gives developers the tools to understand and fix issues in their cloud-native systems quickly and efficiently. In this role, you will build high-performance backend systems in Go, work on real-time data pipelines, and tackle complex scalability and performance challenges. Required: 6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Go, knowledge of cloud-native environments like Kubernetes, and experience building high-throughput and low-latency systems with clean, well-maintained code.
