We are looking for an R&D Manager with 7+ years of Full Stack development experience and at least 3 years of team leadership experience, who will lead a team of engineers working on a complex, data-driven platform. The candidate must be proficient in Cloud Architecture, Microservices, Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes, with combined team management skills and technical hands-on capabilities. This is a senior position requiring responsibility for all development stages from design through Deployment, in a dynamic and demanding environment.
