Description

Technical Project Manager at Global-e will be responsible for managing complex strategic projects for large companies in the e-commerce field, from scoping through delivery. You will serve as the central point of contact between customers and the organization, manage the product roadmap for each account, coordinate between multiple internal teams (Customer Success, Solutions, Integrations, and more), and also manage escalations and production issues. Required: 3-6 years of experience in B2B project management with strong communication skills with engineering teams and customers, technical understanding in the field of integrations and web technologies, proven interest in AI, and organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
