Senior Product Manager needed to oversee the development of a new internal CRM system for Global-e, designed to serve the unique workflows of the company's international e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for the complete product strategy, from planning through implementation, working closely with engineering, operations, and business units. Required: 5+ years of experience in B2B product management or internal platforms, strong technical foundation and experience building complex CRM systems and organizational tools, with the ability to understand data architectures and experience with AI-driven solutions.
