Global-e is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst for our Payments team, with 2+ years of experience in payment processes and related operations. The role includes supporting daily operations of payment products, investigating and resolving payment issues, analyzing data to identify blockers and improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong SQL and Excel skills, knowledge of payment gateways and APIs, analytical abilities and deep analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
