At Global-e, a leading global e-commerce platform, we are looking for a NOC engineer for our TechOPS team. The role includes monitoring, debugging, and investigating complex technical issues in our services, including writing SQL queries and analyzing logs. Required: proficiency in English, basic knowledge of programming and SQL, familiarity with tools such as Datadog and Grafana, and willingness to work 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd year and above student in a technical academic program to enter the hi-tech world.
