Description
A Delivery Solution Engineer at Global-e will be responsible for designing and implementing technical integration solutions for global e-commerce merchants on the e-commerce platform. You will work leading technical consulting, system architecture planning, and coordination between product teams and customers throughout the implementation process from requirements discovery to launch. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering or systems integration in a SaaS environment, with strong expertise in APIs, e-commerce systems (Shopify, Magento), and the ability to manage complex projects with globally distributed teams.
