Description

An engineer in a Design System Tech Lead role at Pioneer will lead the development and technological direction of the company's design system to be modern, scalable, and supportive of AI technologies. The position focuses on platform ownership rather than feature development, including managing component architecture, design tokens, accessibility and performance, and improving system adoption by designers and developers. At least 7 years of frontend development experience is required, significant experience building or managing a Design System, and deep knowledge of React and component architectures. The role includes close collaboration with product and platform teams, mentoring engineers, and setting quality standards and governance for the system.
