Description
Senior Data Scientist at Pagaya will lead strategic research in Machine Learning and innovative models, while working directly on improving our models and mentoring the data science team. The role requires 5+ years of experience working with tabular data for prediction, a Master's degree or PhD in related fields (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Statistics), and the essential ability to translate research into real business impact. Proficiency in Python and Data Science tools is required, along with deep statistical skills and the ability to quickly learn new fields. An advantage for those with knowledge in areas such as optimization, risk management, or finance.
