Data Science leader with 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning with tabular data, will lead strategic research initiatives at Pagaya and work at the forefront of developing advanced models. The role includes mentoring data scientists in the team, designing compelling solutions in Credit and Auto loans using Data Science methodologies, and conducting research in a dynamic R&D environment. Required: Master's degree in a related field such as Mathematics or Computer Science, ability to translate research into business impact, proficiency in Python and Data Science Stack tools, and strong applied statistics skills.
