A BI Team Lead at Pagaya will be responsible for managing and growing a team that delivers impactful data products and solutions to partners in the financial services sector. The role includes working with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau, integrating AI and ML capabilities into analytical solutions, and managing client-side initiatives with stakeholders and developing data strategy. Minimum 2 years in a BI Lead role required, 5+ years in data analysis, SQL proficiency, ETL/ELT tools, and strong data storytelling and systems thinking abilities.
