Description
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead at Optimove responsible for leading and mentoring a team of site reliability engineers in Tel Aviv and globally. The role combines people management with technical leadership, including designing reliability initiatives, automation and observability, managing a distributed global team in Israel and Ukraine, and representing the team in decisions with engineering and product vision. Required: 5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps with experience managing engineers, expertise in production Kubernetes, experience with GCP or AWS, strong programming skills (Python preferred), and experience with observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus.
