Nift is transforming the world of performance in digital branding, and we are looking for a senior data scientist who can build and scale recommendation systems in a production environment. Your role is to lead the complete lifecycle of learned models — from analysis and building all the way through development, deployment, and measuring business impact. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in production ML, deep experience in Deep Learning (PyTorch or TensorFlow), and direct experience with recommendation systems or related fields such as bidding and dynamic pricing. The ideal candidate will know how to connect technical work to measurable business results and will be able to work at scale with strong engineering discipline.
