Frame Security is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead the company's legal operations. Your role will be to provide practical, business-focused legal advice to various teams in the company, while handling commercial agreements such as SaaS, NDAs and data processing agreements, and supporting product questions and privacy regulation compliance. Requirements for this position: Israeli lawyer license, 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm or in a legal role at a technology company, very high level of English, and deep knowledge of commercial agreements and data protection legislation such as GDPR. The candidate must be organized, proactive, have business acumen and be able to work collaboratively with teams in the company.
