The role focuses on process improvement, workflow optimization, and managing the employee lifecycle at a global scale, working closely with HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of HR operations experience, proficiency with systems such as Oracle HCM and ServiceNow, strong analytical skills, and the ability to streamline processes and derive insights from data.
